This Monday August 24th at 7pm, the short but sweet exhibition The Whole Toolshed will open in the freshly renovated main gallery space at Malaspina Printmakers, 1555 Duranleau Street (on Granville Island).

The show will be running between the 25-28th of the month and the exhibition is a portfolio project featuring 28 artists, 14 from Phoenix Arizona’s ‘Arizona Print Group’ and 14 from Vancouver’s own Malaspina Printmakers. Each participating artist was invited a year ago to research and reimagine the eighteenth century series of paintings by William Hogarth ‘The Rake’s Progress’ as a contemporary work.
