Spearheaded during the Vancouver Independent Archives Week 2017, the online VABF Archive and related publications.arcpost.ca page is an initiative of Stephane Bernard, a Vancouver-based painter and educator presently exploring the archival process as an artistic medium. His critical writing has been published in Kolaj and Issue Magazine.
